Everything was beyong expectations- the room was clean and bed comfortable. The spa is lovely- saunas are great surprize, as they were properly hot! Thank you so much! Best ever is the breakfast buffe, and the view from the restaurant! Just amaing! Staff is friendly, always helpful. I also bought massage- very much recommend! Location is convenient- buses go to every direction very near hotel, some of them right outside hotel door. Old town is a 10 min walk away. Would stay there again when in Serbia. All combined- unbelievable value for the money. Strongly recommend.

I’d like to thank this hotel for a great experience. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the restaurant was beautiful. The location is very convenient, the lobby is stylish, everything is clean, and the rooms are cozy and well-equipped. There’s a dark-haired young woman at the front desk — unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she is absolutely incredible. She works in the evenings and helped us so much. We needed to call the airline — she made the calls. We had various issues to sort out — she handled everything. I’m so grateful to her. She’s truly amazing and a real gem of this hotel. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient — you step outside and you’re right at the bus stop. And once again, the breakfasts were fantastic.

The facilities, breakfast and the rooms were all just perfect. The location was nice as it was within walking distance to the main street, with access to buses from just outside the hotel entrance.

I am giving this hotel a perfect score of 10. We stayed in this hotel for a week and really happy that we chose this hotel. The hotel is well maintained and clean. I also like the breakfast with a view of the city. And that the location was close to the street of many good restaurants. Would definitely choose this hotel again when we decide to visit Belgrade again in the future.

Location. Breakfast very good, located on top floor (7th) with great views of city. Within walking distance of fort and city buses (free of charge). Parking sufficient for a big city, but impossible to find without direction from hotel staff. Parking lot across from hotel entrance is NOT the hotel parking lot, although you can park in there for the same price (15 euros per day).

First of all, I am very satisfied with this hotel. Before I booked it I found some negative reviews about the breakfast and noise so I will tell you something more about this in order that you do not have any doubt when they book this hotel. Breakfast is excellent! It is a combination of buffet and a la carte menu. From the menu, you can choose one of 5 dishes (3 kinds of egg dishes, tuna salad, or toast) + pancakes. There is unlimited coffee and drinks. You can see attached photos. With every dish you can choose different cheese, salads, meets... We stayed 4 days on the second floor, there was a bus station in front of our window, only one morning at 6 am, I heard bus noise, other nights it did not disturb us at all. The hotel is very good for couples. There is a nice spa center, it is small, but they do not allow to be more than 5 people at the moment in the spa so it is ok. We were lucky, except us, nobody was there. You should book it in advance, we booked in the morning for the evening the same day. There is a pool and two saunas. The spa costs 5 euros per person for one hour. The temperature in the pool was ok. The restaurant is placed on the last floor, a very comfortable, pleasant, and romantic place, the view is wonderful. Location - city center, 7 minutes walk from the main pedestrian street. They have even wine glasses in the room, you can rarely find them in hotels. Pleasant lobby, I used it during the day for remote work. Wi-Fi is perfect, They clean the room every day. The transparent wall between the room and bathroom. There is a black curtain if you need privacy. The furniture is not new, but it is not bad. The last morning we left at 4 a.m. and we got take away pack breakfast.

I originally booked another hotel but changed my mind because the Amsterdam Hotel has spa facilities. These have to be booked in advance to ensure maximum privacy, and this was all explained very clearly in the hotel's communication before my stay - so I ended up having the little swimming pool and sauna all to myself for half an hour before a family of three arrived. Unfortunately, the steam room wasn't working but I made the most of what was available. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, especially the man who was working there in the afternoon / evening of 26 August. Breakfast is on the 7th floor, with a good view across the east and south of the city. My room had a picture of Berlin's Victory Statue on the wall, so when I woke up, I briefly didn't know where I was (Berlin? Amsterdam? Belgrade?), which was really funny. And despite being on a main road with lots of traffic and a main bus stop, I heard nothing, and it was lovely to see the sunset over the city from my room.

Exceptional stay, the room was so comfy and clean. The bathroom lovely. Highly recommend booking a stay with spa included, or paying the 5 euro each for an hour, it was perfect after a long day of walking round the city. The transfer they booked for us was exceptional service. The breakfast was the one of the best we've had in the region, freshly cooked and so much choice.

Perfect location just next to the buses to take you (for free!) to any part of the city (including the airport), and also both old town and modern part are close by foot. The property is new and neat. Despite a lot of buses are standing just next to the entrance, the sound insulation is good enough to mitigate this. If you can get a room at the upper floors, you wouldn’t even notice that there are buses and active traffic. We were on the first floor, and it was still fine. The spa area is not big and costs additional 5 euros per person, but this is probably the reason you can be there all by yourself own, which we enjoyed. The rooms and beds are good, nothing to complain about.
